How a shop opens, how a card is posted, and how an agent fills a leg. The sale is still yours to enter.
Open a shop
A new account confirms the email, then you name the shop, add the address, and accept the terms. The address is only so the shop has a location. The name you enter for yourself is also a dealer, shown as Owner. Then the home page is the ledger.
Ledger
Each dealer has one deal for the year. A card is a buy with a matching sell. What you paid is stored when you post the card. The expected sale is stored the same day. A later markup change does not rewrite old rows.
People
Dealers work the shop. Each one has a commission the owner sets. Employees can sign in and help with the books. They do not have a deal. Invite someone by email. The same login can work more than one shop. Each shop keeps its own cards and its own commission.
Receipts
A file can be ManaPool, TCGplayer, or the cardsrm template. ManaPool is a card receipt. The order number and date come from the file name. TCGplayer is the order list from the new seller UI. You type the card on each order before you save. A receipt can be buys, sales, or a mix.
Profit
Profit is counted two ways for the month. Every card, using the expected sale when it has not sold. And only the cards with a finished sale. Markup is weighted by what you paid.
Agents
Elite includes MCP. An agent such as Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT can read a batch and fill card info onto the legs. You review the row. A sale is marked sold only when you enter the amount and the wire date. Setup for each agent is on the Agents page.
Account
Account holds your name and picture. You choose the frame of the picture before it saves. Deleting an account is permanent. The owner types the shop name, then confirms. Everyone else types DELETE, then confirms. cardsrm is not liable for lost sales, missing records, or legal claims that follow. Support on the account menu is for help and requests. A copy goes to help@cardsrm.com.
